Kali mera k' irini! Good day and peace to you. I am now accepting applications for my next pilgrimage to Greece, scheduled for this coming December.

Every journey has provided great professional and personal development through healing, wisdom, spiritual, psychological, and cultural breakthroughs. We access the spirituality the ancients practiced and the wisdom they carried. We apply their teachings to our personal evolution and work as modern healers. A specialist in ancient Greece and especially its Asklepian and other healing traditions, I have led more than twenty pilgrimages to Greece since 1995. I have shared this work through my book The Practice of Dream Healing (Quest Books, 2001) and the forthcoming Soul Medicine (Inner Traditions, 2023). We live more deeply, joyfully, and with greater connection to each other and the cosmos.

My next journey, Sanctuary: Immersion in Ancient Greek Dream and Healing Mysteries, this coming Dec 1 – 11, will be a specially designed small group trip and institute for advanced seeker and healers. We will replicate immersion in various healing sanctuaries where, like the ancients, we use dreams, oracles, visions, sacred theatre to recreating holistic and artistic practices and rituals that feed our souls, awaken archetypal growth and healing, and bring spirit back into self and world.

We will first meet in Athens and stay in Plaka, the old town, to explore ancient sites and immerse in the classical world. We will meet with Greek friends and colleagues to share international symposia on using the ancient traditions today. We will travel into the countryside and islands and use Greece’s beauty, peace, and remote sites for our healing work. We will visit important mythic and historical sites, share dream groups, rituals, and processes, symposia, sacred theatre, an all-night dream incubation, and other arts, creating a long Asklepian immersion in the ancient spirit.

We meet in Athens. You are responsible for your own international airfare. You might travel elsewhere before or after our journey. Full cost for the journey is $2,500, with double occupancy (single room supplement $300). This includes hotels, land and water transportation, entry fees, tuitions, a donation to Children’s Defense International to aid displaced refugee children -- everything in Greece except international airfare, lunches, and dinners (usually shared), and personal expenses.

Group size is strictly limited to a maximum of 8 travelers so we can achieve deep trust and intimacy, work on both personal and professional growth, and fully immerse in the ancient world, our work, and each other’s processes.
